使用speedtest-cli测试Internet带宽

安装：
- 方法A：使用包管理工具(yum/dnf/apt/brew)安装
- 方法B：使用pip安装pip install speedtest-cli
- 方法C：直接下载Python脚本https://github.com/sivel/speedtest-cli/releases
使用：
- 简单测速：speedtest
- 指定服务器测速：speedtest-cli --server 服务器ID
服务器ID查询：
- 方法A：使用命令查询speedtest-cli --list | grep 关键词(城市/运营商)
- 方法B：使用网页查询：第三方、官网，用于解决某些时刻使用命令查询过于缓慢的问题
